“but these are written so that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and that by believing you may have life in his name.”

  John 20:31 (ESV)

Sunday SchoolChildren's Sunday School provides wonderful, God-centered classes for 18-month-olds through sixth grade each Sunday morning from 9:50-10:50 a.m. Classes for three-year-olds through sixth graders use the outstanding Children Desiring God curriculum. Younger children are taught from an in-house created curriculum specifically designed for this age group. Each class provides a take-home paper so that families may interact together about Sunday’s lesson throughout the week at home.

All classes continue through the summer, except for the 18-month-old class. Also during the summer, our classes for third grade and older combine with the adults for a special time of learning and activities in an intergenerational class.

Helping Your Child Worship at Church

ChildcareYour child's safety and comfort is important to us! Our workers are screened before serving in childcare and a numbered tagging system is used for drop-off and pick-up of all preschool/nursery-age children. Childcare workers are experienced with young children and patient with those for whom childcare is an adjustment. Regular attendance is a major help to reluctant children.

During the worship services, childcare is provided for infants through five-year-olds. Children two-years old and above enjoy a structured, free-play time, a short Bible story, and a snack.

Nursery childcare for children too young for Sunday School is also available during the Sunday School hour.

Primary Church is offered September through June during both worship services for children in kindergarten and first grade.  Children attend the first part of the worship service with their families and are excused midway through the service for a time of teaching from God's Word, singing, and learning activities.
