At First EPC, small groups exist to:
- connect people to one another and
- connect people to God's word
New groups like this are called Growth Groups.
- Growth Groups meet approximately 10 weeks in a row.
- Group members can recommit for another 10 weeks and do so as long as they want.
- But after 10 weeks, you can opt out, take a break, or join another group.
- Growth Groups typically do one service or outreach project each quarter and have one "fun" outing.
