High Schoolers (starting January 8 through March 25):
- Christian Doctrine: What We Believe and Why It Matters surveys a number of interesting topics and their relevance for living today. High school and up, male and female is welcome in the MPR.
- A Work in Progress: This class for women of all ages high school and up is
offered in two parts and is taught by Angel Richard, Sharon Carter, and Lucretia
Shafer, in the Missions Room.
- Part One of A Work in Progress: Resolve or Change? You Choose. Is there an app for making myself better? Don’t we wish it was that easy! Part one of this class, chock-full of honesty, insight and questions, will help us get a big picture of how God works in our lives to create beautiful change and growth.
- Part Two of A Work in Progress: Frustrated or Flourishing? You
Choose. How do our choices in life hinder growth? Is it simply a matter of
trying harder to change? Part two of this class looks beneath the surface to explore roadblocks and suggest ways to be thoughtful about change. As we interact with one another, where the rubber meets the road, we will come away with skills to help craft a rhythm of life for growth.
- The Epistle of First John - a study and discussion of the First Epistle of John
and its application for our day; taught by David Robinson in the Summit for high
school students electing not to attend either of the above classes.
Middle Schoolers (starting January 8 through March 25) will meet 1731 to begin their study and discussion of the Book of Revelation led by Keith and Michele Rogers. The Rogers will incorporate material and ideas from Pastor Allen’s Revelation Series.
C-Groups
C-groups will resume meeting on January 11 at their usual times and locations.
